We collaborates with leading operators in the North, including Blind Tiger Inns, All Work & Social, Harewood House Food & Drink Project, Rolands, The Domino Club and most recently, best-selling mixer brand, Fever-Tree.
Emma, our founders expertise has been recognised in the esteemed Imbibe magazine, where she proudly represented the North. She has also had the opportunity to work closely with award-winning bar teams recognised by the World Class program.
Driven by a tireless passion for people, our mission is to replenish the hospitality talent pool with skilled leaders equipped to train, coach, and develop the next generation.

Hi, I’m Emma
I’m Emma, Director of 700 Solutions, with over 18 years’ experience working across hospitality operations, leadership and learning and development. I’ve held senior roles including General Manager, Operations Manager and Training and Development Manager for some of the UK’s leading operators.
I specialise in building practical training, clear systems and confident leadership teams that work in real service environments. My focus is on structure, accountability and capability – helping managers lead with clarity rather than manage through pressure.
I work closely with businesses to create bespoke training and documentation, strengthen management and teams at all levels, and ensure people have the tools and confidence to perform consistently in fast-paced hospitality settings.
Hi, I’m Arron
I’m Arron, the bar specialist at 700 Solutions, with close to 20 years’ experience across the hospitality industry. I’ve worked in environments ranging from independent venues to large-scale national operators, giving me a clear understanding of what works at different levels of scale.
My focus is on bar operations that perform under pressure – from drinks quality and consistency to systems, standards and team capability. I work hands-on with teams to improve efficiency, tighten execution and raise standards without overcomplicating service.

I’m Stella, Sales & Marketing Consultant at 700 Solutions, bringing nearly 10 years of experience working across the hospitality industry. My background spans independent venues through to large national operators, giving me a clear understanding of how businesses grow, compete and connect with their audiences at different levels of scale.
My focus is on building sales and marketing strategies that deliver real commercial results, from strengthening brand presence and generating quality leads to developing partnerships and creating opportunities for sustainable growth. I work closely with hospitality businesses to identify where value can be unlocked, aligning sales activity with marketing that genuinely supports revenue.

Hi, I’m Jade
I’m Jade, Chef Consultant at 700 Solutions, with over 15 years of experience working in professional kitchens across the hospitality industry. From independent restaurants to high-volume operations, I’ve developed a practical understanding of what it takes to keep kitchens running efficiently while consistently delivering quality food.
My work centres around strengthening kitchen performance, from menu development and food cost management to kitchen systems, workflow and team structure. I work closely with chefs and operators to refine menus, improve consistency and introduce practical processes that help teams perform confidently during busy service.
I’m also passionate about building kitchens that operate more sustainably, with a strong focus on reducing food waste and making better use of ingredients without compromising quality or creativity.
